Design Engineer
• Design concept for client approval
• Perform FEA to insure product safety before going to manufacturing Phase.
• Prepare Manufacturing scheme, model according to that in CAD software and define welding, fittings and tolerances as per standards.
• Quality check cutting, bending, welding and other manufacturing process of parts according to drawing.
• Completed projects are Tuk Tuk Food Truck, Excavator buckets, Bending Dies, bumper, shed, jib crane, CNC plasma cutter water table and different types of steel structures.
Design Engineer
• Analyze Structures and generate structure feasibility reports.
• Purpose counter design if current structure is not meeting the need of required codes and standards.
• Cost Estimation by finding material consumption using CAD software.
• Cyclone separator design and CFD Analysis (optimize efficiency of cyclone separator by doing multiple CFD analysis)
• Projects completed are related to Plant Design, Steel canopies and Tensile Structures
